Delete your K-ORACLE JUO64 account
You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Deleting your account removes access to the account and schedules associated personal data for deletion, subject to limited legal and security retention.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open K-ORACLE JUO64 and sign in.
- On the card screen (page 4), open Member Information in the upper-left corner.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the notice and confirm once.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email admin@juo64.com with the subject “K-ORACLE JUO64 Account Deletion”. Include your country code and the last four digits of the registered phone number. For your security, we may ask you to complete a verification step. Do not send a PIN, SMS verification code, payment-card number, or identity document unless we specifically provide a secure and lawful method.
What will be deleted
- Account identifier and registered phone number.
- Trial and access-status information associated with the account.
- App profile and service records that are no longer required.
- Support information where deletion is appropriate and legally permitted.
What may be retained
Minimum records may be retained where required for marketplace transactions, tax or accounting duties, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other applicable law. Backup copies may remain for a limited operational period before secure deletion or de-identification.
Important payment note
Deleting the JUO64 account does not itself cancel, reverse, or refund a marketplace purchase. Manage purchases and refund requests through Google Play, Apple App Store, or ONE Store, as applicable.
