JUO64 (주역오라클64), operated by Song Guk in Jeju, Republic of Korea (“JUO64,” “we,” or “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the K-ORACLE JUO64 app and related support services process and why.
1. Information we process

2. How we use information
- Provide and maintain accounts, verification, app access, and customer support.
- Confirm trial and paid-access eligibility.
- Protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
- Improve reliability and understand aggregated service use.
3. Service providers and marketplaces
We may use contracted service providers for cloud hosting, database operations, SMS delivery, embedded video, technical support, and security. Payments and refunds are processed by the marketplace where the purchase was made. Those marketplaces process payment information under their own privacy policies.
When a YouTube video is played, Google/YouTube may process device or usage information under its own policy. Information is shared only as needed to provide the service, fulfill legal duties, or protect users and the service.
4. International processing
Some marketplace, video, or infrastructure providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use lawful safeguards and provide additional notices.
5. Retention
Account information is generally retained while the account is active and deleted or de-identified after account deletion, except where a longer period is required for transactions, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or applicable law. Support records and technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights available under applicable law. You may delete your account inside the app or follow the instructions on our Account Deletion page.
7. Children
K-ORACLE JUO64 is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that information was collected from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced through this page, the app, or another appropriate channel. The effective date above will be updated.
