Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of K-ORACLE JUO64 and its related services, provided by JUO64 (주역오라클64), operated by Song Guk in Jeju, Republic of Korea.
1. Purpose of the service
JUO64 provides reflective messages and optional interpretation videos inspired by the 64 symbols of the I Ching. The service is for reflection, cultural interest, and general personal guidance.
2. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your choices and actions. JUO64 does not guarantee predictions or outcomes and does not replace medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not use the service as the sole basis for a high-risk decision.
3. Accounts
Accounts use a verified mobile phone number. You must provide accurate information, protect your PIN and verification codes, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not misuse verification systems, impersonate another person, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer protected content except where law permits.
4. Free and paid access
Core app functions may be offered without payment. Eligible new members receive a 30-day introductory access period. Optional 1-month, 6-month, and 1-year access passes may unlock video interpretations. Current local price, tax, duration, and purchase conditions are shown in the marketplace before confirmation.
5. Marketplace purchases
Payments are processed by the marketplace used for purchase. Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise, access passes are not presented as forced automatic-renewal subscriptions. Refunds, reversals, and payment disputes are governed by the applicable marketplace rules and consumer law.
6. Intellectual property
The JUO64 name, emblem, cards, texts, translations, videos, images, software, and selection system are owned by or licensed to JUO64. Personal use is permitted through the service. Republishing, selling, scraping, mass copying, or creating unauthorized derivative products is prohibited.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for security, legal, or operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice where practical and legally required.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular personal outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
