What is free
The language selection, introduction, JUO64 selection experience, card view, and short card message are available without purchasing a video-access pass.
30-day introductory period
An eligible account receives 30 days of introductory access from its first registration date. Reinstalling the app or creating the same account again does not restart that account’s introductory period.

Local prices, currencies, taxes, and availability may vary. The price displayed by your marketplace immediately before purchase is controlling.
Renewal
JUO64’s intended model is user choice at the end of an access period. A new payment requires the purchase flow shown in the app unless a marketplace purchase screen clearly discloses and you expressly accept automatic renewal. Always review the marketplace confirmation screen.
Refunds and billing problems
Purchases are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or ONE Store. Request a refund or report an unauthorized or duplicate charge through the marketplace used for the purchase. JUO64 can help identify the product and account status but does not receive your full card details and may not be able to issue a marketplace refund directly.
Account deletion
Deleting an account does not automatically reverse a completed marketplace purchase. See Account Deletion before deleting your account.
